Cloning Policy

Fair and equitable promotional practices compliance rules

1000Club aims to bring new customers to members of the community: 1. In accordance with the communication strategy of the author of a publication. 2. By respecting the rights and duties of the cloner.

1000Club invented the cloning of publications to increase their distribution by duplicating them on the sites of the cloners, which are powered by 1000Club.

Our Cloning Policy lists the cloning conditions defined by the author of a publication, as well as decloning, to which cloners adhere in all respects by the simple action of cloning. Cloning a publication implies full acceptance of the Cloning Policy.

Our Cloning Policy protects both the author of a post and its cloners.

More generally, the cloning of your publications is subject to the following rules:

1. By default, post cloning is disabled in Post Settings.
2. When the cloning is expressly validated by its author, the various options for filtering the members authorized to clone the publication, as well as the cloning conditions, appear in the Publication Settings following the saving of the publication.
3. Allowing a post to be cloned results in the deduction of a publishing credit from the post author's account.
4. A publishing credit is also deducted from the account of each 1000Club member who in turn clones a publication.
5. Cloner filtering conditions are freely modifiable by the author of a post.
6. Cloners excluded by new screening conditions agree to lose the benefit of prior cloning without recourse or compensation.
7. The content of a cloned post is not editable by the cloner.
8. On the other hand, a cloned publication can be edited by its author, provided that the changes preserve the essence of the initial content, without calling into question the cloning itself. Cloners accept edits that improve cloned posts.
9. We recommend that you take screenshots of your posts and those you clone.
10. At any time, the authors freely delete their publications or suspend the authorization to clone their publications, which entails the immediate deletion of the publications already cloned, without compensation.
11. When the cloning of a publication is subject to financial compensation for a specific cloning period, and the publication is deleted (or suspended) or the cloning authorization is withdrawn, the publication already cloned for payment remains online until the end of the authorized cloning period, which is a maximum of 12 months following the cloning.
12. The name of the author appears permanently on any cloned publication.
13. On the other hand, the contact details of the cloner replace those of the author of the cloned publication.
14. When an e-mail message is sent to the cloner (from a cloned post), the author can receive a copy of the message provided if he has expressly authorized it in the Post Settings. The cloner is informed of this copy in the electronic messages he receives.
15. A cloned post can be shared without restriction by the cloner on social networks, microblogging sites, forums, etc., as well as on websites in general, without sharing moderation.
16. When a new member signs up from a cloned post, he becomes part of the cloner's network and not the author of the post.

1000Club deactivates any cloned publication that it deems non-compliant with the letter or the spirit of its Publication Policy, without notice, appeal, or compensation.

We may improve the Cloning Policy from time to time (in accordance with Section 17 of the Terms of Service)

We aim for the constant improvement of our services, and we work hard to develop new functionalities accelerating your commercial exchanges. Therefore, to accurately reflect our services and practices, we may need to update our Cloning Policy from time to time.

1000Club reserves the right to modify at any time and, except if required by law, without notice, the Cloning Policy.

Any change will be immediately reflected on the page of the text concerned by the modification. The update date will be mentioned. You are therefore invited to regularly consult the latest updated version.

However, we will do our best to notify you of these changes before they take effect. We recommend that you subscribe to the site: https://en.1000club.com. Thus, you will be directly informed on your Newsfeed of the changes made to the Cloning Policy. Think of it as an act of pure courtesy.

Once the updated Cloning Policy is in effect, you will be bound if you continue to use the cloning feature on the 1000Club site.

We hope you will continue to use the 1000Club site, but if you disagree with our updated Cloning Policy and no longer wish to be part of the 1000Club community, you may delete your account at any time.
